ISOTRA JALOUSIEN GmbH was founded with intention of establishing itself on the German market and gaining larger market share than before. Even in 2024, the company will function as the exclusive representative of ISOTRA a.s. on the German market and for the performance of business and marketing activities was awarded a commission to cover its costs and reasonable profit.

ISOTRA HOLDING a.s. holds 51 % share and the company was founded on August 11, 2020.
By decision of the board of directors of ISOTRA HOLDING a.s. ISOTRA Polska z.o.o. was founded on August 11, 2020, where ISOTRA HOLDING a.s. owns 51 % of the shares and the Polish partner 49 %. In the course of 2021, it began to implement the owners' plan to manufacture a limited range of exterior blinds directly in Poland and sell an additional range of products of ISOTRA a.s.

Labona s.r.o.

By decision of the board of directors of ISOTRA HOLDING a.s. majority share of 51 % in the Labona company s.r.o. was purchased, with intention of strengthening the position of ISOTRA a.s. in the e-commerce market. Deliveries of shading technology between the ISOTRA a.s. and Labona s.r.o. companies were realized during 2023, on basis of partial orders and contracts, as well as related services. The ISOTRA company a.s. purchased marketing support, samples and assembly work to Labona s.r.o.

ISOTRA SWISS GmbH

By decision of the board of directors of ISOTRA HOLDING a.s. ISOTRA SWISS GmbH was founded on May 23, 2024, where ISOTRA HOLDING a.s. owns 100 % share. The company was founded due to better availability of ISOTRA a.s. products on the Swiss market and a faster customs process. In the course of 2024, the process of registering clients and implementing orders through ISOTRA SWISS GmbH began.

ISOTRA HOLDING a.s. devotes the maximum possible effort to the development of new products with an emphasis on expanding portfolio in the field of shading technology within its own R&D department. In addition, it focuses on the automation of production, improving the quality and technical level of products.
